Seven Studios is honored to share some of the most inspired and talented fitness/yoga professionals in the city with you. We know you will love their classes – but of course, we are biased. Come try them out for yourself!
Victoria has been in the group fitness industry for over 3 decades. She is a 200 hr RYT and 100 hr RYT Trauma Sensitive, Resilience Yoga, and Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor (one of few in Ohio). Victoria is AFAA Certified and teaches various Buti Yoga and Vinyasa-style classes. Victoria is a Lupus Warrior!

Melissa has been practicing Yoga for around 13 years, and teaching for almost four. She teaches several different styles. She is currently a 200hr ERYT and one of the facilitators of the 200 HR YTT program at Seven Studios. When she decided to embark on the teaching journey, it opened up an entirely new world that has been life-changing. She hopes to inspire others to delve deeper into Yoga through my teaching.

Jenn is a bootcamp and cycle instructor who has been teaching for 10 years and is certified by FITOUR and Real Ryder. A lifelong endurance athlete, Jenn competes in running and multi-sport events with her husband, who is a former pro cyclist. She has a passion for inspiring others to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. She loves to find ways to bring various outside formats into a studio space for a unique workout experience.

Liz teaches Bootcamp, HIIT, Dance, Indoor Cycling, and Barre Fusion. She has been in the fitness industry for six years and enjoys helping others reach their goals. You can expect a fun, friendly environment. Class is challenging, however, Liz adds in modifications and always encourages participants to go at their own pace. No class is ever exactly the same.
Marisa a certified Ayurvedic Health Educator and a registered dietitian with her own Ayurvedic nutrition practice. She has 3 children who motivate her to do all things for the greater good!
Marisa teaches slow burn Vinyasa and Ashtanga. During her class, you can expect Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, nutrition tips, essential oils, loving adjustments, and various poses. Each class is geared towards the season as not to upset the delicate balance of the elements within the body and mind!

A true Columbus enthusiast, she loves finding ways to give back to our community with the Columbus Kindness Committee. She helps people find the fun in fitness and wellness.
Certified in Pound, Yoga 200 RYT, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and group fitness – When you take a class with Amanda you will leave feeling empowered and happy. Those who experience class with Amanda find a fun high energy class and get to meet many wonderful people during that time.

Seven Studios is located in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio, directly next to the popular Columbus Commons. It is perfectly situated within minutes of Short North, German Village, and Olde Town.
